  • Coconut oil is the key man. I recently started using coconut oil in cooking and its without a doubt my new favorite oil. So versatile, and the smoke temp, well i dont even know what it might be because ive never succeeded in scorching it.

    Tastes so pure, and natural. Allows the flavors in what youre cooking to come out and not butter or margarine etc. Very good.

  • I love the oil, the meat, the milk, the water and even the sprout is delicious.

    Coconut is my favourite nut :o)
