This is one of my favorite treadmill MAX incline exercises. The treadmill mountain climber works your core, shoulder stability, legs, and glutes. Exercise only recommend for the coordinated and well balanced exerciser. Begin at 1.0/2.0 speed for 20 to 30 seconds then walk up hill for 2-minutes (repeat 5x) Go slow and take your time. Go!
