This is not Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, it's Road Atlanta in Braselton, Georgia. Pause the video and move it back to 0:00 to see that in the first frame.
This is coming out of Turn 7, at the start of the back stretch that leads up to the Turn 10 complex.
And it is indeed a Porsche GT1.
