  • Now that I watched the video, I have some things to correct. How can you say ephesians 2:8-9, and no works, then say false conversion as evidence by their works? So you judge on outward appearance? How interesting. What they confess shows where their heart is. The flesh is dead, and we are not to reckon it. And only a fool would put their child in a public school over a catholic school. I went to a catholic school, and a public school. The immorality and godlessness is off the charts.

  • Yes, more than grace is needed. You must believe the gospel. That is why universalism isn't true. If you do not believe, if you do not place your trust in Paul's gospel, you will die in your sin. For those that believe Paul's gospel of grace, what he called a dispensation of grace given to him for us, we are crucified with Christ and raised up. Salvation is an event, not a journey.

  • @javypez (A-3)Many resist the Spirit's revelation of grace assuming that their mere knowledge of grace according to their own view of God's grace, thus missing God's free gift in an afford to earn God's grace by their own merits. Jesus ask His disciples, who do men say the Son of Man am?But none had the revelation that He was the Christ, but Peter was given the revelation from God.Until people stop trusting in their own understanding and stop resisting the Spirit, they will remain un-regenerated.

  • @javypez (A-1)We don't repent to get saved;repentance is the fruit of the work God's grace at work in our hearts by the Holy Ghost enacting a transformation in us who accept the Spirit’s revelation of grace.(Note the term ‘quickened’(See:Ps119:49-50; Ps119:93;Eph2:1-5;Col2:13).This word ‘Quickened’ is the same as to be made alive! It is God alone who make us alive in Christ by mercy and grace carried out through His Holy Spirit, the same Spirit that raised up Jesus from the dead,(1Peter 3:18).

  • @javypez (A-1)Amen brother, you're on point! But, what so many fail to recognize (mainly because they have merely a knowledge of grace according to their own understanding, but not according to the Spirit’s revelation) therefore, they fail to grasp that faith and repentance comes of the work of the grace in the hearts and minds of them that are open to the Spirit’s revelation of grace. This divine work of revelation is the Spirit's work, quickening and making alive the believer in Christ Jesus.

  • @TheJdecka As for giving no examples of my claims, what other kinds of examples would you like?

  • @TheJdecka As for 90%+ of scientists accepting evolution, I could give you a long list of things that 90%+ of scientists once believed in history that we now know aren't true (geocentrism, the appendix is vestigial, deep canyons take a long time to form, dinosaur bone fossils can't possibly still have soft tissue in them, etc) These are just a couple of brief examples out of hundreds. In time, future generations will count the evolutionary theory of common descent among this list.

  • @TheJdecka If someone won 2 weeks in a row, you'd be suspicious. Three weeks in a row you'd claim fraud. But every week for over 13 years? That's what an evolutionist believes. It's the equivalent of flipping an American nickel in the air 1325 times in a row, and every single time it lands standing up perfectly balanced on it's edge. If you did that once, everyone would say wow. Twice in a row, no one would believe you. So my unreasonably fanciful claim stands.

  • @TheJdecka As for unreasonably fanciful, take abiogenesis. Proven to be false by Pasteur, evolution can't even begin without it. The odds of the minimum number of proteins required for life actually coming together on their own has been calculated to be over 10^5000 to 1. That's the equivalent of winning the Canadian national 6/49 lottery not once, not 3 times - but every single week for 13 and a half years in a row.

  • @TheJdecka The evidence for creation is the same evidence for evolution, just approached with different philosophical assumptions. The fossil record is an amazing piece of evidence for Noah's flood - unless you assume that the rock layers were laid down over millions of years. The intricate complexity of DNA is remarkable evidence for an intelligent designer - unless you believe it was built by accident one base pair at a time. The facts are the same, it's just how you choose to view them.
