Right on, SRV32566; you are most gracious about it . I had to look up the word "penatonic" in the dictionary, as I was not familiar with that word. The computer asked me, "Did you mean "pentatonic?" So, I said, "Yes", and learned something new today! Thank you SRV32566! I shall check out your guy Chris.

@starchildstrider i understand were your coming from, but all im hearing is penatonic this and penatonic that. im just saying, chris being a jazz/texas blues guitarist there may be something youd be interested in there. just check him out, youll be amazed!!! and i dont mean to be cocky here, it just aggravates me when somebody says that a guy like this is "supernatural" cause hes not. BUT i totally understand, thats your opinion, not mine.

I just viewed/listened to this video again just now, and all I can say about Buddy is;
it doesn't get any better than that! He is a superlative and professional musician.

From my perspective, Buddy Whittington IS a real guitarist. And, it's not a good or kind thing at all
to strive to "put somebody to shame", as you have said. This comment page is not here for comparison
purposes, I venture to say. Your propensity to attempt to devalue Buddy's skills & abilities is not well-received, and does not embrace the true spirit of why we all like Buddy. What were you thinking?

Talk about pickin' & a-grinnin'! What technique - best guitarist I've ever seen/heard - he's supernatural! What a pleasure to be able to enjoy hearing a musician like this. He sings the song well too.
