After news of a Kurt Cobain movie hit the web recently, the main topic of discussion surrounded who would take on the role of the iconic rockstar. The big rumor was that Robert Pattinson was in the running to play the former frontman of Nirvana.

But the rumors are being completely squashed by Cobain's widow, Courtney Love, who says that she doesn't think Rob is right for the role. Instead, she's got her fingers crossed that someone like James McAvoy or Ryan Gosling will take the part, although she reportedly doesn't have any serious say in the casting process anyways.
