Ummm No-- the origenal beatle model for Bumblebee was reversed his feet and legs came from the front end, and his arms came out from the drive axels in the rear and the head came from the engine compartment (as beatles were rear engine cars like Toyota MR2's and Pontiac Fiaro's)

You'll notice this is basically the Jazz transformation, as popularized with an internet video from maybe 2000 where somebody composited a new beetle transforming into a live action bg plate. It's also cute since Porsche and VW are related.
