Real SUSHI!!! Japanese Master Chef Explains!

My friend has been inviting me to his traditional style Sushi restaurant for years... Being allergic to seafood I've had to polietly decline for a long time. But as I see there is alot of confusion about sushi, and I myself knew nothing about it I thought it'd be good to go and check it out
Here's what I have to share :)

P.S. - I will get to translating after the weekend... He is talking about their names and whats in them.. thats about it..

Ooh, I love sushi. My favorite is the cucumber and avocado, brings out a sort of... light and fluffy texture to it. I dont know, i just love it!
