@paulbalochefan i became to realize i cant soundproof my walls and i got no where to play the drums they are just in my corner D: CAUSE I LIVE IN A FREAKING APPARTMENT cause if the police comes to my door im doomed.

To everyone dissing the mutes - You are all ignorant. He lives in an apartment, and when you're a drummer you do what you have to do in order to keep playing. Yes it's not an ideal situation, but it's better than pissing off your neighbors and getting evicted. Do any of you play on a practice pad? It's the same damn thing.

i know man. but they actually kick me out if i bang too loud lol. rich old people arent too easy to deal with. especially wen they complain to the apartment "authorities". thats y i try my best to practice at school where i can play as loud as i can

You're timing is technically "on." Your syncopation, however, is the problem. Your trying to hit so quiet you're becoming lazy, therefore what you're playing is coming out with a swingish feel. Also a lot of your hits are not even. Just thought I'd give you a tip. Hard to explain what I really mean without orally verbalizing the right and wrong hit sounds. Good music choice though, lol.

God... you can't play - your timing is rubbish, you're stiff, absolutely no dynamics... Good demo of how the mutes work though... that's what i was really looking for..

im pretty sure the timing is right. no dynamics cuz i got complaints while using the mutes thats y i cant even play as loud as i want to with the mutes on
