Skydiving Wingsuit with Jet Engines

This clip shows a man who attaches engines to his legs and then jumps out of a hot air balloon wearing a wingsuit. He manages to achieve 30 seconds of horizontal flight without loosing any altitude (allegedly)

I think if someone really wanted to they could become a super hero. Like if an retired Navy Seal made a sweet suit and could fly and fight crime, and hid his identity. haha there you go, a superero

All you really need to do is expand this concept. MAke stronger small turbines and make it fly longer. You could fly in a straight line without really "gliding' in between buildings. Rather than falling and gliding, you could probably also use the turbines to clime. That would be awesome

check out Yves Rossy. his rig has 4 engines and he can gain altitude and do acrobatics with it. like loops and stuff. he literally does fly.
