Everyone I know in person that have fainted are conservatives. I wonder why this is.

What is he suppose to do? The guy was taken away and looked at by medical people. Sure casually taking a sip of your water is not the best thing to do but like the others in the back he probably didnt know what to do so he just awkwardly stood there.

A LEADER would have shown some real concern, offered help, ensured that the person was being looked after, and taken steps to ensure it didn't happen to others.
Harper become uncomfortable, drinks water so he can appear to be too busy to help.
A real leader would have said something like, "It's really warm up here. We are going to take a break, get things settled, then I will continue answering your questions. Thank-you for your understanding and patience."
Not him.
