Learn how to warm up and cool down, a wide variety of fantastic and beautiful choreographed moves, transitions and strength training.
Lessons are;
Pay as You Go Tuesday nights £10
Beginner six week courses, level 1 & 2, £75 for full course
Intermediate classes and memberships,

Bio:I have been teaching pole dancing lessons in Aberdeen for 3 years and have a xpole at home which i enjoy having a play around on. I am a fully accredited pole fitness instructor I learned to pole dance in clubs but developed my instructor skills by furthering qualifications with polepassion where i gained my accreditation. I am looking forward to platinum stages moving to UK as I would love to take my stage out to the beach.
