  • the book is better than the movie, and it is not just a poignant love story as oprah notes it is a story about a woman's self discovery- the book makes that more clear. the movie follows the book for the most part but misses the most important theme of feminism.

  • I just finished reading the book for my Junior English class. At first I was just like, "Great, another two-hundred page book to fake annotate."

But once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down. Janie's story is so inspirational. Ohmygoodness, this has to be one of my favorite books ever.

And it was only written in seven weeks!

    Genius, huh?

    =)

    4. I definitely have no business in reading books, seeing as how opinions exist. Respect it. Which reverts back to Theory of Knowledge classes.
