  • my 3 year old calls my dad "toro" and every time she says it he sings this song. and every time my daughter sees my dad she just waiting for him to sing and she sings to him "toro toro toro toro toro toro piko" and my dad always sings it back to her in the proper way=) i love et, thanks so much for posting=)

    Hi, I'm pretty sure that in the song it is TORO not KORO as it is talking about stretching your arms then bending them (thus the actions) rather than Grandad (Koro) bending over (piko) :) easy mistake.

  • I was raised in Canada, my mom was raised in New Zealand and she would sing this song to me all the time while I grew up. Now I'm living in Australia and I sing this song to myself, but then when people hear my north american accent they wonder how the heck I know this song!
