  • I never thought about it this way. Interesting.

  • Are you for real ? WOW ! So time with your family isn't important ?

  • Join our facebook group Type Westgate is a Sham...Wow

We are Westgate Resort Members who bought into a time share in the Smokey Mountains. We are NOT statisfied Customers.

I hope to warn you that if you go to Gatlinburg TN -stay away from the Street Vendors trying to give you free shows in exchange for a Meeting about time shares.. Run .. Run away quickly.

  • Well, my timeshare works for me, he said if people dont own a house, you want to own a timeshare? really thats just stupid.

If it doesnt work why hilton, marriott and westin have timeshare? These are all top hotel companies, you just need to read carefully the agreement

  • @Balthu55 are you kidding? It requires more than just simplistic math - hello? Even if your maintenance fees start out at $600, they go up anywhere from 5-15% per year, sometimes more. There are special assessments periodically. Plus, trading fees with RCI and II go up. One on top of the other, keep adding and yes, if you use slightly more complicated math, you easily get to $70K. I'm saying this as a lover of timeshare, but don't be stupid!

  • Strange math? $70,000 over 40 years on average after quoting $600 fees, multiply by 2 weeks then multiply by 40 you get 48,000, hum, is this misdirection? Shame on you.
