we love our pets but we put them down when there in pain, we dont do that with people, as cruel and twisted as this guy is and as awful as this is, his sentence shouldnt be that much more because animals r simply not held in the same regards when it comes to life, not that thats a good thing, but its true and never will change, be happy this guy got caught at all.

Yes he deserves more, the judge gave the max he could. Don't like the sentence? change the law. The average was 3 months.

It's not shocking that most people who act violently against other people are also usually violent against animals. It scares me when people and even small children treat animals like innanimate objects that can succumb to their pleasure. It scares me, it just feels like something is seriously amiss.

People who treat people with love and care also, hopefully, treat animals with sympathy.
