As civilization struggles to survive, a small team of US Navy SEALs must protect a doctor from the Center for Disease Control on a mission to evaluate the claims of an erratic scientist who may have discovered the secret to mankind's salvation. @whitesoxfan5 There are two of them, was supposed to be three, but he passed away not long ago :(. The first is I think called Plague of the Dead, the second one called Thunder and Ashes.

@whitesoxfan5 You should check out Z.A. Recht's Plague of the Dead books. Military perspective, and really good. I wish it would get picked up for a movie deal. Check it out!
