Highlights of the Hepting Hearing on Online Spies

This video features audio highlights of the dramatic Hepting v. AT&T hearing on August 15, 2007. The case involves the power of the President to stop any lawsuit through an unsubstantiated claim of state secrets. Also involved is a secret NSA spying program in cooperation with AT&T which is alleged to grab Americans' Internet activity and dump it into a government supercomputer that can be searched, so that the government can use the private information against American citizens - all without a search warrant. Will the government spying of America's Big Brother be allowed to go on unchecked?
