For students and generally for people who dont have credit cards in the Philippines you can easily get this card for use on digital purposes. I personally use it for Steam and I love it! As far as I know, even minors can get this card

Things you need:
SSS number if your over 18+
2 pcs 1x1 picture
2 valid IDs
350 pesos

Takes a week to process then you have your own internet ready debit card!
