"Sintel" is an independently produced short film, initiated by the Blender Foundation as a means to further improve and validate the free/open source 3D creation suite Blender. With initial funding provided by 1000s of donations via the internet community, it has again proven to be a viable development model for both open 3D technology as for independent animation film.
This 15 minute film has been realized in the studio of the Amsterdam Blender Institute, by an international team of artists and developers. In addition to that, several crucial technical and creative targets have been realized online, by developers and artists and teams all over the world.

Wrong. People who like Twilight are people with opinions who are perfectly entitled to like Twilight if they want to and should be able to do so without judgement. Just because YOU don't like it doesn't mean others aren't allowed to. Nobody criticizes you for liking that one movie or tv show or book, so why do it to other people? If people want to like Twilight, they can damn well like Twilight. Really, it's none of your business. Feel free to hate it, but don't insult those that like it.

Who else thinks this would of been better as a silent film? Maybe it's just me, but I preferred it when they didn't speak, and honestly? They didn't need to. The images spoke for themselves.

there's no message, only what currently draws the crowds attention. Who can say no to a mother saving her child and then going on a adventure to save the child. I would of clicked off due to storyline if i was not watching for the graphics of blender.

i was going to rant longer.. nvm... glhf

The message is "Don't hasten to judge things, you don't realy fully understand." And it is specially ment for people like you. So tragic you don't get it.

Part of the problem with Feminism is that it takes no responsibility for itself. The entire premise of Feminism is to put the blame on everyone else, which you are doing right now.

I'm not responsible for Feminism's obvious stupidity, double standards, deliberate misinformation about issues and actively redefining words such as 'rape' and 'patriarchy'. Feminism did that all by itself. Feminism can't hold up to any scrutiny without such comments as yours above blaming everyone.

Love the animation here. Story was extremely predictable, though. Good watch despite it.

Thanks for making it increasingly difficult to take feminists seriously.
