Thanks to Coby Cash for loaning me the miniMoog.

The miniMoog has 3 control voltage inputs: oscilator (frequency), loudness, and filter. The Arduino receives midi from Ableton Live, and uses the digipots to control the frequency and filter, and uses the Loudness cv to create an ADSR. The bottom note on the miniMoog has to be pressed at all times, and the control voltage levels corresponding to each note have to be determined experimentally (thanks again to Coby for helping me figure that out). MaxMSP is just being used to get quick midi control over the filter and adsr values, which are passed straight through Live to the Arduino.
