@bikeracerguy Here's a little advice....learn to either ingore these people or you'll only get stressed and its like getting stressed at a dog for not been a cat.Almost all sports are tough but 3 toughest sports in the world are cycling,swimming and running(not in any particular order) and its a well known fact.Anybody who doesn't accept this is just ingnorant.Don't waste your time or energy on them.

i dont think i am...kelly came 5th in the tour de france and he won the tour of spain..he was no your average sprinter rather a jack of many trades...in todays world you dont have that..zabel was never capble of winnin the tour de france..his objectives were milan san remo and tou win sprint objectives..im talking about the group of raiuders who only train for the tour..it makes sense as you want to be freash but it also makes things predictible the rest of the year.

this is what cycling looked like when i got into it...i miss those times...and i miss the racing back then...guys rode all year round..they didnt just try to peak for the tour de france..delgado was awesome...so was kelly
