Learn to pole dance in Aberdeen with Soul-POLE dance it's a great workout
Learn how to warm up and cool down, a wide variety of fantastic and beautiful choreographed moves, transitions and strength training.
Lessons are;
Pole circuits Friday 6pm £7.50
Pay as You Go Tuesday nights £10
Beginner six week courses, level 1 & 2, £75 for full course
Intermediate classes and memberships,
So much cheaper than a gym membership, get your six week course class time and day booked for the full duration of your membership, get 4 hours extra training in Flexibility and aerobics training as well as open studio practice time what a great way to workout, lose weight or just meet new people.
Members parties and events, chance to meet likeminded polers.

Studio: We have a great studio space with seven poles all from alistage, we have 45mm, 50mm and a 38mm pole and one spinning 50mm pole. We also run Yoga and belly dancing classes. All info is on our website:

Bio:I have been teaching pole dancing lessons in Aberdeen for 3 years and have a xpole at home which i enjoy having a play around on. I am a fully accredited pole fitness instructor I learned to pole dance in clubs but developed my instructor skills by furthering my qualifications with polepassion where i gained my accreditation. I am looking forward to platinum stages moving to UK as I would love to take my stage out to the beach.
