@Halalsilks I'd think as with anything the author had to try to accommodate the most common body types that were within reason for modifying the pattern. I'm sure if you're particularly narrow in the shoulders you might still be having to figure out a little modification.

just wondering dear ones, does the author take into effect that many of us are short pears with narrow shoulders? Sometimes the patterns are made way to wide in the shoulders, Love that lacey cardigan... How much yarn does it use?
