Incredibly lightweight, excellent cushioning, and the ability to run in a barefoot-like manner are the trademarks of this great running shoe. Nike has done it again, but this time, the durability will surprise you. Consider yourself free, in more ways than one.

  • Are these better than the Nike Free Runs

  • @ThatOneGuy1027 No I think the Runs are better just because the sole seems to last longer...

  • hey where did you buy these shoes from because i really like the color of these shoes and i cant find these shoes in that color?

  • @ElNigro7XBLive these are over a year old now, so they won't have this color available anymore. Maybe you can try eBay?

  • what are your feelings about these shoes to use in a gym for training such as sprints, jump roping, etc.

  • @FORtheWlN they're great. I wear them to the gym every time I go. I think you should try to train in a "barefoot" style sneaker as much as possible to strengthen the muscles in your legs. Good question...

  • how long did the sole last for these shoes? just wondering.

  • @halkon989 LOL

  • hey im looking for a shoe that i can wear everyday(ex. playing basketball, soccer, football etc with friends) and i also want a durable shoe so i wuz wondering if these shoes would last a long time or not. If not could u suggest any other shoes.

  • hey are these better than the reebok zigs?????

  • Is it a good idea to integrate these gradually rather than just doing your long run with them straight away?

  • @FORtheWlN

I actually hate then for the gym...If you want barefoot shoes, go with Vibram Fivefingers, Terra Plana Vivo Barefoot, or Feelmax. Nike Frees have a substantial heel-to-toe drop which is not conducive to barefoot running/living.
