  • hey, its not that Melies was so interested in Satan, its just that Melies was interested in the fantasy genre, the crazy, the unique, the awe inspiring he adored characters that he could really explore and use to make his films visually interesting. now if your looking for a contriversial and interesting character, look no further than SATAN! Melies just wanted to excite his audience!
