first of all: yes it's dutch, and yes there is a lot of diffirence between dutch and german

second: the english translation of the songs are far from correct, they're a lot more harsh and abusive than in dutch.

Third: it's actually a commercial for an educational phone line(?) for kids that have derailed.

It's a Belgian language. Because I am Dutch. There's a clip with Dutch and English subtitles. Belgian speak Flemish. It's Almost the same as Dutch.
