Very simple but hard to master in a game.

Step 1
Shape up to pass or shoot and put your foot on the ball to stop it.
Step 2
Roll the ball across your body
Step 3
Use the inside of your foot to push the ball in front of you to get away from your player

It's not hard to do in football boots guys, just practice that's all you need to do and you'll get it.
