couple of benders here eh, that's laura stamm...a fuckin legend of the game if u don't know or have respect for who she is and how she revolutionized hockey then what are u doing running ur mouths

I do figure skating now, but, learn your edges on one foot, inside and outside, do like, compulsory figure type stuff with the hockey circles. Also, for power in strides, bring your leg to the center of your body, and often when you do that, you'll land on your outside edge, you get tons of power that way. Also, keeping your back straight and definitely your head up is needed, too. Back has to be compromised with hockey, but definitely head up is required.
