Team Canada is several levels ahead of us in term of woman hockey. For some that loss may seem ebarassing but considering that out players are all but two amateurs it is a huge success just to be there. How many teams did not even got to the olympics, yet our babes did. I do not see a reason why should they be ashamed of the resulty, no one expected anything less anyway.

Just to put everything in perspective - in Slovakia there is 200-300 registered woman ice hockey players. That was the number of players on selection short list for Canada.
