It's actually called two handed because of how the style looks. Jason once said that he's actually bowling one handed. The support hand comes off just before the release. So there goes your "cheating" element right there. Besides, if you use two hands to release the ball you are automatically disqualified. You lot of two-handed haters are just a bunch of jealous morons.

In tennis there are players that use a one or two handed backhand. Also there are some players that even use a two handed forehand. I see no issue with using two hands in bowling.

Why is it absurd or farcical? Jason is an incredibly talented bolwer who has shot 26x 300 games around the world. How many do you have? There is nothing in the rules about how to hold the ball. I bet people said the same thing when reactive balls came out. Thumbless bowling allows for a huge increase in rev-rate which matches up to modern conditions very well for some bowlers

I used to bowl with jason , he is one talented bowler , he can bowl both 1 hand 2 handed and is extremely talented. you shouldnt knock when you clearly have no idea.
