This is such bullshit. Blake Lively ALWAYS overdoes it with too much skin. Her dresses always expose too much leg or too much chest. Its usually just unbearable to look at. Her 'blond bombshell' style comes off as too sleazy most of the times. Emma Watson, on the other hand, is much polished and refined. She keeps it simple and her style is always impressive. She looks beautiful without looking like she belongs on the streets.
