here's a literal translation that doesn't sound anything like the original, but just to give you an idea:
girl, girl you threw me into the fire believe me crying has become my profession if you were gonna leave me, why did you love me pour the sherbet of love for me to drink tell me, tell me what happened to you my beloved..
I've been waiting, waiting, o beauty the fall is here, leaves have all fallen down Ive kept my eyes on your path let these words of my heart reach you tell me tell me what happened to you my beloved I'm calling you, come, where have you been don't hurt me, I beg you my beloved, don't abandon me don't leave me
he SayiDSE...here you go.. meni atdin ay qiz, ay qiz ateshe, aglamaqdir, her zaman inan peshem. atacaqdin meni sevdin soyle bes necun, doldur esqin serbetini ver icim, soyle soyle sene bele ne oldu yar.... gozu yolda qaldim, qaldim ay gozel, bahar oldu, yarpaqlar oldu xezan. yollarin baxa baxa qaldi gozlerim, sene catsin ureyimdeki sozlerim, soyle soyle sene bele noldu yar.... cagiriram gel, haralarda galmisan, meni incitme, yalvariram yar, meni atma terketme....
Yasasin gagash111! This is beautiful! Amma iki kalema Yazipsan ki men dusunmirem:(Don't laugh, I am doing my best!) "peshem" ? ve "atacaqdin" nedyr? can you believe that I know the meaning of the rest of your text? Although my father was born in Baku, but he comes from a GYZILBAS(Shahsavan), background. my mother is Azeri from Ashgabad, so I think there must be some differences in pronunciation of some words, like i am sure that I have heard "incitme" as "injitma"! What do you think?
sure there are so many common words...it's very good that you understand it all:) peshe means profession. so peshem, my profession, work. here crying has become my duty or profession, or addiction. atacaqdin means if you break up with me. atmaq means throw, but here break up with someone. so he asks why did you love me if you'd break up with me...quite reasonable, isn't it?:)
@Menim mehreban yoldashim gagash111! Now I get it, "peshe"= "pishe"= occupation. But first time I hear atacaqdin, I have to go deep in my childhood memories to remember what my parents used instead! it started with "s" i belive...lol xeir gabaqoa cixsin!
