Leaning Lateral Raises are a way to get a little extra range of motion for your medial deltoids during lateral raises.
Some swear by these and while there is probably no major difference from other versions of lateral raises, you may like these better.
Keep your humerus internally rotated to work your medial deltoids.
Don't go through the trouble of performing this single armed exercise for your medial deltoids if you sabotage it with poor form.
Remember your anterior deltoids get much work with your chest workouts.
