THE BUTTERFLY RINGS take a modern twit on an ancient training method. The designer of the rings is Sifu Stephen Coram who practices Wing Chun and Xing Yi Quan. Coram learned from Sifu Kevin Martin and Professor Tony watts.
The Butterfly Rings are a must for martial artists, boxers, wing chun , praying mantis , bagua , xing yi , or anyone who likes to mix it up within close quarters. This patented ring /swivel combination is ideal for perfecting technique application in both group formats or when training alone without a partner. Aside from developing speed and timing with pinpoint accuracy, one will also build tremendous arm and shoulder strength and increase flow and endurance.
