Hey, where's that dumbass bitch in the pink/red dress? Is she working with ya? She might have the tools you need, ElvenBlade19.

Any frustrations with your phones and dont feel like dealing with that bullshit, send to my email (elvenblade19@yahoo.com) and I will give you a straight answer of what I know (which is a lot) I may not be able to do full troubleshooting because I do not have the official computer tools to do so. But I can tell you exactly what the problem is and how to fix it. I have worked for them for years... so no BS. I receive all emails to my blackberry so I can give quick response.

BTW, I worked for T-Mobile Tier Three Tech Support (PDA)for about a year and a half

By the way, t-mobile customer service reps are not hired by T-Mobile themselves.... but by call centers that pay for clients like T-Mobile. Glad to say that Sitel, the crappy company I was hired by for this (the main customer service center for T-Mobile throughout the US) was sued and TANKED because of various unlawful actions such as not paying employees their overtime hours. And T-Mobile pulled the account from Sitel causing most Sitels to close in the US. JUSTICCCE

I hated "hot calls"> Its sucks being at the receiving end of a very angry personfor crappy pay but I also get how people get pissed at crappy service> I hated that damn job! Had they not recorded our calls<I would have said "LEAVE this company! Save yourself pain!"

@GreatUsedCars its definately a network error. Tell them you have powercycled and that you need your connection reset on the network. If it continues, tell them that you need a manager and tell that manager that you have bought a new phone and that it is a network error confirmed that you need to have your call escalated to the next teir of support.
