@mks989 he brung libya to one of the top countries, and probably the richest country in africa. He made housing and electricity free, hospitality free. He wanted to make an own valute, and you call him arrogant psychopath? Well congratulations, welcome to the world of capitalism were you will live a happy life while millions in libya will suffer because of this.
