On June 9, 1969 Congress approves House Resolution 15090, provding $10 Million dollars for government scientist to create a new microbe to allow for onset of infectious disease. Today it is known as HIV/AIDS. Dr. Boyd Graves presents U.S. Special Virus FLOW CHART.

created bioweapons can be crafted with specific targets. AIDS is a weapon that targets black people. SARS targets asians.
same principles as the prick pilgrims handing out smallpox laden blankets to american natives in wintertime centuries ago.
if a united states bioweapon lab were committed to murdering blondes i have no doubt that a weapon for that specific purpose could also be crafted.
