I can't stop watching this video.
I think I must watch it about 5 or 6 times a day at least.
It's been 1 month today since he left us.
You did so damn well at putting this video together.
I'd love to have that still shot of Shep (I never called him Dan) in front of our "Dead End" flag on our drum kit.
That was our house.... the Dead End.
Brian, are you on Facebook?
I'd love to talk to you more.

This is so well done. Shep and I share many mutual friends and I only had the pleasure of conversing with him on a few occasions. This video was obviously made by someone who knew him well and loved him deeply. My heart goes out to all that were close to him. This video captures so much. much love and healing to you.

This is truly amazing.
You did SO well at capturing our friend.
Thank you very, very much for putting this together.
Love,
Face
@pixiesunshine, thank you very much. Yes, I think I can say I knew him very well. Dan and I were room/house mates at three different locations, living together for a total of about 5 years. I even taught him sign language. That's why I included that one out-of-focus shot of him signing. He was such an awesome artist and an awesome musician. I wrote lyrics for three of his songs and produced Gutbunny's first LP. I just wish he knew in his heart how many people deeply loved him.

Wow, thank you my dear Texan friend. That means so much to me. I'm not normally a comment-wantin' wimp. But I confess to hoping for positive feedback on this one. He was perhaps the best friend I've ever had. I've never cried this hard and this long about anything in my life.
