Tenured University of Ottawa physics professor Denis Rancourt was embroiled with administration for years over academic freedom. They finally fired him in the spring of 2009 for handing A+s to every student in a fourth year physics class. Ottawa musician John Carroll wrote a song about it. He premiered "Talkin' Denis Rancourt Blues" at the historic Chateau Lafayette in Ottawa's Byward Market. Hey Peter - it worked out quite well.
So .. you set up a secondary camera up in the corner to catch footage to cover the changes in your primary camera set-ups. eh? What kind of camera was that secondary camera? (with a different aspect ratio?)
How did you get footage of him talking from outside that sounded like he said that right as soon as he finished the song?
Thanks for posting this.
It's good to see the Laf get a nod too.
