I was there in 95 and a man was mauled, but he was hunting with a bow. Nobody felt bad for the guy and considered it instant justice.

Those are black bears you can tell because their snout is light in color, they have pointy ears, are WAY too small to be grizzly.

@veng3ance4: Actually they are four well known grizzly bears. The mom is #399, and she had three cubs with her. I've watched them since their first summer, so it's been many years. I have more videos of them all together from each spring and fall. It's been amazing to see four grizzly bears in one place. One of her cubs was shot by a hunter last fall. They are wet from swimming across the river in this video.

Aren't they great!?! Sadly, one of the cubs was shot last fall by an elk hunter.

Great video...I love Wyoming (actually am completely in love with the American West in general) and Grand Teton N.P. You are so fortunate to live under the Big Sky.
