Boeing 737 700 Ariane JAT Airways - landing at Heathrow, London (EGLL)

This is my first recording of one of my landings in FS9. The plane is Ariane Boeing 737 - 700 with JAT Airways livery and the flight was from Zurich (LSZH) to Heathrow London (EGLL). I also haven't used full auto (flare) approach but I have taken full control at about 800 AGL. I'll try to make my next recording in better quality if possible and also try to record some sound :) In the meantime, any suggestion about the flaws in my landing technique are more than welcome :)
