A game-changing bill to help cities, farms and forests

From our congested roads to our structurally deficient bridges, you don't have to look far to see our cities have insufficient and aging infrastructure. With limited access to funding and financing for improvements, these problems are only going to escalate. At the same time, our farms and forests are being lost to sprawl at an alarming rate.
