Vijay (Jas Pandher), a car thief, met Madhu (Kanishka Kapoor), a rich woman who runs the Savoy hotel in Mussorie. She fell in love with Vijay and the two got married shortly after.
Hoping to make a big coup, Vijay will sell the hotel to Damania (Danny Denzongpa) and his associates, a group of owners of a casino, after he got power of attorney from his wife.
A series of murders of the members of the group spurs ACP Singh (Raj Babbar) to investigate. Is Vijay the murder?

Anand Raj Anand composed and produced the music for this movie. The lyrics are Dev Kohli.

The duet song is sung by evergreen singers by Alka Yagnik and Udit Narayan.
