This is a short movie/commercial that I have directed & edited using a professional film camera (Panasonic DVC200), in conjunction with the editing software Adobe Premiere Pro.
When the Nintendo Cooking Guide came out, I instantly loved it. At University I got a chance to use professional filming tools even though I was doing a Games Development Course, so I took the opportunity and tried to do my best, creating a storyboard and planning everything.
I actually cooked another meal and we shot that for preparation, just to make sure Me and Gary would be prepared to handle the work to do this video. And boy was it a lot of work, at least for someone unexperienced in doing shooting and editing routinely. It has helped me gain a lot of experience and I'm really happy about it. I found that I can work with professional-grade equipment with ease & it's really just a matter of research and adapting to what you're working with.
I hope you like the result :)
