How many more basslines to learn now? Fantastic job, and great shirt as well (new Rickenbacker tailpiece design?)

@hofnericon 2 down, 30 to go!! Actually I've got around 20 up to speed, another 6 in the early stages and 6 still to look at. The Tshirt was a Xmas present, along with a Ric strap. Had to delay the Fatwa on the infidel Eastwood, because I cant find a righteous 4001 at the moment

Ace again mate! I'd love to let you have my 4003, sadly it's staying with me til I'm buried 6ft under :p

@BladeV8 Thanks mate - don't blame you hanging on to your Ric... looks like everyone else is doing the same, because there are hardly any s/h ones on ebay.

@spitefulload I got mine down south off a student. My advice'd be to look abroad, they're often quite cheap s/h there but you'll have to pay shipping costs etc. I considered it cos some were only about $900 which at the time was £450 for honestly, the best bass in the world.

@BladeV8 They're not that cheap abroad either - around £1200 + freight from the US which means you have to pay an extra 30% in VAT & import tax - there's nothing decent under £1600 right now
