This recording is of a talk given by Ronan Lyons on the topic of 'Supply, Demand, and Price in Irish Property'.
He covers a wide overview of the Irish property market, and many of the key aspects of it. Ronan's research, (which he carries out in his role as an economist for the website daft.ie) is considered one of the most credible sources for information on the Irish property market and his work is cited in every media outlet be it television, paper, or radio.
Ronan also has the enviable ability of taking complex concepts and breaking them down into sensible bite size chunks of understandable information, you don't need to be an economist to easily interpret the information he presents.
There is a brief synopsis by Ronan at the start of the video, after the talk there is questions and answers, property is such a highly topical and relevant subject in Ireland in 2009 that it is absolutely worthwhile tuning in for the whole talk.
The talk was extremely well attended by CFA members in industry which is compliment to the speaker, if you missed it we hope you enjoy catching up with it on the CFA Ireland youtube channel!
