Basement dig out and remodel

Remove over 20 inches of dirt to increase headroom in basement. Homeowner was very impressed at our efficiency and progress. Installed bathroom with sump system. We modified planned layout to eliminate obtrusive posts and allow for more open space. Proper insulation types and application in basements is critical and if not properly installed will cause mold.
Space to be heated with radiant floor heat in concrete slab.
