Rocking The Boat

What began as a volunteer project in an East Harlem, New York, junior high school in 1996, has become a beacon of hope for many young people in the South Bronx section of the city, and is due largely to one person's dynamic vision, energy, and belief in the positive influence of building wood boats. At Rocking The Boat, kids just don't build boats. At Rocking The Boat, boats build kids.
