Hatching of a Schistosoma Mansoni Miracidium

This video shows an S.mansoni miracidium hatching from it's egg.
The hatching is a passive process, and the egg breaks due to osmosis, water fills the egg until it breaks, allowing the miracidium to emerge from it's coconut like prison
